Policy

H&H Nails Spa & iLashes is equipped with the highest quality of products and services for your salon experience. Our licensed and well-trained staff is dedicated to providing custom treatment based on your wants and needs within your scheduled service time.

We request you kindly go through our policies carefully for the mutual understanding of our clients and the salon:

* If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule.

* If you are diabetic or have any infections and fungus, we have the right to refuse service.

* If you insist on receiving any services, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences.

* We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or treats our employees poorly.

* No loud phone calls or conversations are allowed inside the salon. 

* We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard included).

* We do not provide refunds on any services. However, we will try our best to address your issues.

* Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail technicians before receiving the services.

* You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.

* You will have to pay compensation if you damage any of the salon products during the visit, such as a broken nail polish.

* It is your responsibility to control your alcohol intake. 

* We ask you to be considerate of your technician when using your phone during a service. Our goal is to provide the best quality service possible. Limiting your phone usage would be very helpful.
